Cloud hosting on hardware we can walk up to
Private cloud and virtualization from our own datacenter presence, managed by the engineers who built it.
Not a reseller
A lot of “cloud providers” are a markup on someone else's infrastructure. We are not. Westlake Computers maintains its own datacenter presence, and the platform your workloads run on is hardware our engineers rack, cable, and monitor themselves.
That changes the support conversation. When something matters to your business, the person who answers can see the actual systems involved, not a dashboard of a vendor's vendor.

What the platform covers
Private cloud & virtualization
Virtual machines and private cloud environments sized to your workloads, running on hardware we operate.
Storage & data services
Resilient storage with replication and recovery options, for file shares through database workloads.
Migration
Planned, staged moves from on-premises or another provider, with rollback points at every stage.
Hosted security
Encryption, access control, and monitoring built into the platform rather than bolted on afterward.
Performance & capacity
We watch utilization and plan capacity ahead of demand, so growth does not mean surprise slowdowns.
Managed operations
Patching, backups, and day-to-day administration handled by our engineers, with a phone number that reaches them.
Common questions
Why host with a local firm instead of a hyperscaler?
For many Northeast Ohio businesses the answer is control and accountability. Your workloads run on infrastructure we operate, your data stays where you can point to it, and support is an engineer you know rather than a ticket queue.
Can you work with public cloud too?
Yes. Plenty of environments end up hybrid: some workloads in our datacenter, some in a public cloud. We design and manage both sides and are honest about which workloads belong where.
How does migration work?
We assess what you run, plan the move in stages, and migrate with tested rollback points. Most cutovers happen in agreed change windows so your team notices the improvement, not the move.
What about backup of hosted systems?
Everything we host is covered by our managed backup practice, built on Veeam, Rubrik, or Commvault, with recovery objectives agreed in writing. Hosting without tested backup is a risk we do not sell.
Thinking about a move?
Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly where it belongs, our floor or someone else's.
